I miss the date every year and this year was no different . We just hit our 3 year anniversary as Big Timber on June 10th!

What a ride it has been this last 3 years. We have learned so much along the way. This is a business of trial and error. So we are always trying to improve the customer experience and improve our set up and service!
As we roll In to year 4 ,we have some huge things already in the works that will elevate our game to an exclusive level. They have to remain a secret at this point , but when the time comes, it will blow your socks clean off.
I have come to the conclusion that catering is a lot like an elephant circumcision, the pay is not great, but the tips are huge. 🤣

Here's to year 4!! May it be the best yet!🍻

This and Pink Pony Club blasting on repeat!

It's the only thing that gets me through these hot Missouri summers standing in front of an even hotter grill!

We are only 32 followers away from 1000, so we thought this sweaty picture of me covered in bbq sauce would be the golden ticket to get us to a grand! Don't disappoint us!

Or try a pulled pork sandwich, with nacho cheese. 🥪
Or even a hotdog, with nacho cheese. 🌭
Or try our bacon fried corn, with nacho cheese. 🌽
Or just get a bowl of nacho cheese, I don't care. 🍨
We will also be exclusively blasting Nickelback and Creed all evening! Hell yeah, brother! 🤘🏼

From Pike County down to Washington for the BBQ and Blues festival, we had ourselves a weekend .
Unfortunately , the BBQ and Blues festival was lacking in the BBQ category. We were hoping to try some local BBQ , but that was not the case.
But they had beer , so we made it work .

This is an actual text I got this weekend.

So when I tell you that we fill up , most of them are scheduled six months, to a year in advance . Especially in the busy months.
We just booked parties for October and December this week.
By July, at the latest , you should be thinking about your party in December if
you are planning on using us. These spots go extremely quick and there's only so many weekends in December.
We are obviously limited on the amount of events we can do based on our company size, but we are working towards changing that. 🤞🏼

We're not here tooting our own horn, we just don't want people being disappointed because we are already booked and they have to use someone else that is nowhere near as fun and delicious as us.

This week we go wild with catered events. Weddings , grand openings and a party , Oh My!
This warmer weather makes cooking outdoors so much better. However , it does look like we may have to contend with rain and wind this week. 👎🏼
Nothing we can't work through.
