Over the weekend we catered our largest event yet. A wedding for 250 guests. We had to bring in some hired help for this one.
5 days of preparation and planning for 40 minutes of chaotic food service ! That math , ain't mathin... ๐ค
Lucky for us , it was at our favorite venue , The Lodge at Boulder Lake. The owners are just as amazing as the venue. So this made the service easier to get through.
People always ask us if we can cook for that many people , and my answer is always yes , the cooking part is easy . It's the service that gets complicated.
We even served up a custom plated dinner for the bride. A cheese quesadilla!!! But it was made with all the love !
