We made it back from the Lonestar state Friday night and went straight back to the grind early Saturday morning . We catered a full service grad party in what felt like Texas heat and followed that up Sunday by catering a company picnic for Going Green Restoration.

You too , can hit the easy button on your next event and let us take care of the food for you!

We had a quick "business" trip to Texas to do some "research" so we can learn to master the art of Texas bbq and bring it to you folks here locally!

It feels surreal to say, but yesterday marked our 2-year anniversary! What began as sort of a joke has transformed into a thriving business venture. Over the last year, we've leveled up in ways we never imagined, refining our processes and constantly improving with every event we take on.

As we head into Year 3, we’re not slowing down! We’ve got a brand-new chicken grill 🔥 and another smoker on the way to keep serving up that next-level flavor you all know and love. Stay tuned for bigger, bolder, and more creative ways we’re going to elevate your catering experience. We’re just getting started, and the best is yet to come! 💪

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who’s supported us so far, whether you’ve trusted us for your first event or are back for more. We wouldn’t be here without you, and we can’t wait to continue this journey together!

Last weekend was all about 🌮🌮🌮

We made enough meat , toppings and sides for over 550 tacos in 3 days. We had two grad parties and the monthly meeting for the Troy Area Chamber of Commerce and they all chose tacos! It was a busy 3 days.

To all of you sleeping on the shrimp tacos , we added shrimp for the Chamber meeting and it was the first thing gone , as always!

We left the business to the kids this weekend and headed out of town. They had two catering drop offs to do and one even required set up . By the sounds of it, they crushed it.
Si, even took it in to his own hands and made all the sides on his own! It's a good feeling to know that all this training and work on these kids isnt going to waste!

Now it's time to get them some hours on the smoker! 🥩

Happy Cinco De Mayo!

We had a jam packed weekend of catering. We had 3 events in two days . First communion lunch , 21st birthday party and a baptism lunch to top it off on Sunday. Yet we still managed to make some time to get down Tacofest to try some Micheladas and of course, tacos . We made it home in time to knock out the weekend chores and start prepping for next weekends wedding!

Help us a wish a happy 16th birthday to everyone's favorite employee.
Silas is in charge of set up and break down , quality control and taste testing . So if the green beans are too salty or the tacos are too spicy , you can blame this guy.

Ribs, wings and burnt ends for your first communion lunch?? Absolutely!
I just hope she changed out of that pretty white dress before diving in to these ribs!

Last Thursday we had to pull double time. We had a fried chicken luncheon for the East Central Board of Realtors at the Factory in Troy. We followed that up with an open house event for Tom Anderson Real Estate. We had all hands on deck and all went well! We even got to visit and enjoy a few beers while the kids took over for the afternoon .

As you may have seen , we have a new mascot here at Big Timber . We are still mulling over names for him at this point . He will be showing up on trailers , shirts , koozies and all kinds of other merch, so be on the lookout. 👀
Huge thank you to Matt Vogler for making my axe wielding , meat loving , patriotic , hillbilly Sasquatch a reality !

We are filling up quick for the spring and summer. Almost too quick!
We only have one weekend left in March , one in May , and one left in June . So if you are thinking about scheduling that grad party , I would do it soon . Options are limited!
April is wide open and July has a few openings.
