Previous post was removed, team will be having a meeting to discuss ways to make this better so it doesn’t go away. RaceTN series WILL resume in 2025.

11/14/2024

Next season, we will be implementing a new total points system. Instead of “drops” or “The best X amount of races”, the final 3-4 races (number to be determined based off of how many rounds we have next season )will be a bonus series/replacement rounds to where you can take those races and replace your worst X amount of finishes throughout the season on however many of those you attend. I feel this will be less confusing and give everyone a higher incentive to race.

I will explain in full detail at the banquet when we have our annual rules meeting for next year to see if there’s any rules that you guys may want to see changed in terms of classes for us to table and decide on.

This bonus series will help you in the event if you have a bad race, are unable to attend a race before the bonus series begins, and it can replace a DNF or DNS, A DQ will remain undroppable/unreplaceable and awarded 0 points in 2025.

For example, if there are 18 races, all of the first 14 or X amount would count. And the final four or X amount remaining races will give you a chance if it’s a better score to replace that score for your worst score of the first 14 races whether that be a bad race, not being able to come, a DNS or a DNF. If you race one of the bonus rounds, then you get to replace one race, if you race two then you replace two, three you would replace three, four you would replace four of your worst races if you attended all of them. And instead of “dropping“ points at the end of the season whoever has the most points would win the class and that would trickle down depending on how many total points you have.

We know some series just take every race and it is what it is, but we also like to give people a break if something comes up and they are unable to attend for whatever reason it may be or have a bad night. This keeps racers racing hard and consistent against you in your class instead of one race automatically taking them out of contention. It’s better racing all around in my opinion when you have people racing hard and in contention for a title the entire season.

As I mentioned above, I will explain this in full detail at the banquet.

I was presented this idea by a former promoter and peer, I truly think this will alleviate most if not all confusion on all parties end while not awarding a “participation award“ and making people still have to race for their placing at the end of the year actually. We aren’t perfect, and don’t claim to be. However we always try to do our best to make things better for you. Thank you for racing with us and we’ll see you soon soon.

-Chad

Effective immediately going forward to enhance safety: This will take place at the Cody Jones Benefit race and on.

Racing boots will be required in all classes youth through adult. No work boots, cowboy boots, tennis shoes, hey dudes, sup fellas, flip flops, slides, flinstone method etc will be permitted.

To help with this, all racers in attendance at the banquet will receive a discount sponsorship, from one of the best boot companies in the industry, offer wiGaerne Boot Co.Co..

No, it won’t alleviate all risk of ankle, foot and leg injuries but if it does and makes a difference one time for just one rider, then it has served its purpose.

2024 Ag1 Farmers Co-op - Livingston Powersports RaceTN Series presented by Ironclad Equipment final points placings:

Congrats everyone on your placings after taking every racer in every class best 14 races that were calculated. If you are listed below you will receive awards at the banquet on Dec 14th! Congrats again on an awesome season and we look forward to celebrating with you! Looking forward to 2025 with you all and the new comers again!

All class champions (1st place) we need your jacket sizes asap or we will have to guess. Repeat champs will receive (1) jacket. This is something extra I do personally seperate from the series.

All class champions bikes/ quads we be on display inside at the awards banquet.

There was alot of grey area in the rules regarding a DQ and I see both parties sides argument on it and how the rule could go either way. Therefore in pro ATV and pro AM ATV we have a Co champion and a Co 2nd place. We have never had a situation like this in the past and moving forward the rule will be as black and white as it can get. This is us making an attempt to be fair to both parties.

We want to welcome back series sponsor and partner and for our 10th anniversary season next year for 2025! They have been with us since day 1 and we cannot express our gratitude enough to them! Message us today to come on board with us for the 2025 season!

Speed demons, don't be email newbies! No email? That's unclaimed cash. Jump on Google or Yahoo, etc and sign up. Contingency sponsors send rewards via email, so keep your registration email consistent online and off. Mixing emails? Total confusion. Create a racing email if you're keeping things separate. Don't forget to create accounts with contingency sponsors - easy money!
Make sure we have the correct one too! 2025 new year new season -Margaret

I have just submitted the last KTM contingency for the season. Can't wait to see those brand new KTM USA bikes next season that I know several of you have purchased with your contingency.
Also, I did use the updated email for C. Stokes.
Also will post the champions after Chad looks at the drops under the normal results link on the website. Once published will need sizes for jackets/hoodies.
