is horrible. Took me over 13 hours to get back to from cabo today. When I left the flight was delayed and then sitting in the plane for over an hour to just leave the gate. Get to cabo, and there was no gate for us, so we had to got off on the tarmac with the old stairs and carry luggage off the plane.
Now getting home today, the flight was delayed 30 minutes, and then again, sit in the plane for over 30 minutes before take off. Connecting flight was delayed and finally, I got back to . SW agents on the plane don't tell us where to get our luggage and saw go look at the board. Peolle with babies could not get their strollers or the elderly that needed their walkers. No gate agent, and no one to help people that needed wheelchairs. There were people from the flight before still sitting and waiting. Walk to baggage claim, and the flight is not listed. Now we are all looking at each sign to see if our flight is listed. Find number 7 with our flight and wait over 40 minutes and then told to go to number 5. Another 20 minutes 50 buy and now an announcement to.go to number 2. Finally after an hour and 20 minutes at 2:20am we get our luggage. Shame in you making me travel over 13 hours with your delays and luggage issues. Finally home at 3:30am and have to go to work in the morning. We should be compensated for all your issues.
