GWCC Fall Fling is in the books! Our heartfelt thanks to all who came and enjoyed our last set dancing weekend in Rehoboth Beach! We had a wonderful time — great music, great dancing, great friends from near and far — and hope you did too!
Please join us in Shepherdstown, WV on April 19-20, 2024 for our final Spring Fling, dancing in the beautiful ballroom in the historic War Memorial Building in the center of town.
And we’re making plans for a new 2025 GWCC set dance weekend — stay tuned, the date and location still TBD.

No need to wait for Fall Fling -- one last ceili before the summer heat arrives!

Our closing ceili of a great 22-23 season will be on Sunday, 5/21, usual time, usual place, masks recommended (not required). Join us at 3pm when Marilyn Moore will help us learn/refresh the lovely Metal Bridge Lancers, then stay for the ceili, 4-8pm. We'll have great tunes, great food (bring a dish to share at the 1st break potluck), and great craic! More dancers = more fun, come join the celebration!

Pádraig and Róisín will teach three workshops, DC area favorite band Rambling House will provide lively tunes for the ceilis on Friday & Saturday. Next to last ceili of the season -- time flies.

Come dance! Emmett Murphy will teach the Termonfechin Lancers* at 3pm, ceili follows 4-8pm with tunes from Ellis Island (Dave Abe, Myron Bretholz, Peter Fitzgerald, Martin McCann, Andy Thurston). Please bring a dish to share at the potluck meal during the first break.
MASKS ARE RECOMMENDED! (Requiring mask wearing was never intended to be permanent, but a means to get people back on the dance floor safely. Given the ‘close contact’ nature of dancing, wearing a mask is still recommended, but not required, to help insure the health and safety of our community.) Come dance!
