Our most popular menu items are our in house smoked bbq meats. We cater all events from informal picnics and bbqs to fine dining. All types of service are available including full wait staff, drop off or pick up deliveries. We personally design your menu to meet your specifications and budget. Just wanted to introduce our newest concept here @ decisions catering. It's our new Food Bar - N Buffet Trailer which allows your guests to have a self serve buffet right from our trailer. We can do a variety of hot buffets, salad bars, soups, taco, smoked bbq as well as soft serve ice cream buffet.

Hopefully you have been seeing posters of this going up around towns near you the last few weeks. It's almost time for our Father's Day Chicken BBQ and Co****le Tournament at Warsaw Village Park on Saturday June 17th from 11 to 5 pm!

We are going to be selling great chicken BBQ dinners from Decisions Catering and the Yummies Ice Cream truck will be there to supply dessert. Waters, pop and Light House Station merch will also be sold.

Enter our corn hole at $25 dollars a team and have a chance to win an over $200 dollar Father's Day grilling and meat package! We will also have wonderful Father's Day baskets to win as well as 50/50 raffles going all day long. It should be a great day to spend with the whole family and will be a fun way to help support the Mamas and babies at the Light House Station maternity home!

We have the opportunity to be at Letchworth Central School District for the "meet the teacher" on Tuesday September 6th. We will be offering our Grilled Panini's as a fund raiser for the class of 2023.
Choices: Buffalo Chicken / Hickory Smoked Pulled Pork or
Bacon Ranch Chicken.
All served w/ our Homemade Potato Chips for $10.00
Serving 3:30 - 4:30 for all teachers, school administration & staff. Open to the public from 4:30 - 6:30. We will be set up by the auditorium doors. Thank you for your support in this.

Well the summer has flown by and here we are again a day away from the Wyoming County Fair. Just wanted to give you a heads up on the Grilled Panini options that we will be serving this year. Thank you to all who have come out year after year to support us. It's very much appreciated.

It has been a while since we have shared anything, we have been busy here at decisions. The summer is going by so fast but i just had to share a few pics of this particular wedding that we did because of one special photo that a family member had taken. The dog (Nikki) I guess she wanted to be the first in line.

We are excited to finally announce that decisions catering will be the new food service provider for Hidden Valley Animal Adventure where we will be taking over all on site catering @ the Lodge and also overseeing and food management of the Trailside Grill starting opening day on May 7th. We will be operating the Trailside Grill when the park is open except Sunday's. More details on this to follow.. We want to thank the Hidden Valley family for this opportunity and we look forward to seeing you there. Ok and the winner of the drawing is Elly Copeland who guessed correctly.
