Our Story

Hawaiian name...straight up Oregon BBQ! What was once a culinary teacher’s dream, started with 2 medics cooking for friends added another former medic/chef and some more great employees to run our BBQ food cart in Silverton, catering festivals, auctions, luncheons, weddings, whatever else you can think of! And a soon (relative term) to be brick & mortar in Silverton!
