PSA: we are going to be closed for about two weeks for private events and building construction. We apologize for any inconvenience but, we are honestly a catering company first and we want all of our catering clients to know that we are always putting them first. We are working on making the restaurant here in Simpson more sustainable to serve our great local customers. Please stay tuned for updates.

We will be open this Saturday the 29th for previously scheduled music. After that we will reopen asap.

Our wings are not your typical frozen to fryer. We hand rub our with our secret rub, smoke them for 2 hours, then fry them to perfection. Full of love!

For our spring menu we’ve added new southern classics while pushing our brisket and ribs to special nights. Make sure you follow us every week to see when we’ll have pizza, ribs, brisket, and more. Don’t forget you can get all of these offerings anytime through catering.

This Friday is our last Friday for families we have a great band lined up for you as well as all u can eat wood fired pizza.

Yes that’s right we’re introducing wood fired pizza and practically giving it away out of the gate. Don’t miss this. Wood fired pizza is a house made dough using locally ground and raised flour and fired hot and fresh the pies are 10” to 12” artisan pies serving 1-2 people.
