We had a great time at Parker-Binns Vineyard for the Pig Pickin Competition. We got a call for 1st Place in Butts and Best Sauce. Congrats to Smoke Brothers on 2nd Place! Tedd Lane Big Thank you to all the friends that came out to support us. Another successful smoke with Blues Hog fueling the way. Thank you Kristie Hughes Brady for all you do.

Another successful catering job with Blues Hog fueling the way. Smoked 3 Briskets with Burnt Ends, 12 lbs of Chicken Breast (Reg & Cajun), sides consisted of Mama Brady’s famous Baked Beans, Hash-brown Casserole, Cole Slaw and finished off with some Banana Pudding. Todays sauces were Regular, Hot and crowd favorite Jerk. Our 2 XL Big Green Egg is cleaned up and ready for the next smoke.

We were in South Georgia touring a trailer manufacturer to get ideas. Here are a few photos from our visit. Time to sit down and draw out a design. We are ready to get BradyQ mobile this year! We were registered to compete in the Mauldin BBQ Competition this weekend and regrettably had to drop out due to issues with our trailer. We lost a bearing on the rear axle 3 weeks ago. The damage to the spindle required a new axle. We got the new axle this past Friday and working on getting it installed. Should be back up and running next week. Congratulations to all of the Teams that received calls.
