Our Story

The Warrior Hotel will be the 1st Autograph Collection Hotel in Sioux City. The Autograph Collection is one of the fastest growing upper upscale hotels in the world. It one of Marriott Hotels 30 brands and the Collection participates in Marriott’s Travel Program called Marriott BonVoy.

Restoration St. Louis will bring the early 20th century Warrior (which has been shuttered for nearly 50 years) and Davidson buildings back to life. The project is being completed by Restoration St. Louis who also renovated Hotel Blackhawk and The Current Iowa

The $74 million dollar project will include 148 luxury hotel rooms, two restaurants: Woodbury’s Steak House along with The Crown; which will be the first rooftop bar/restaurant in the area. The War Eagles Bowling Alley will be the first inside a hotel in the area as well as the full-service Spa. In addition, there will also be 22 luxury apartments. Those living in the apartments will have full access to the hotel amenities.
