Need a big statement piece for your event? We have a variety of arches, swags and backdrops ready to rent for your event! Keep them simple or add more decorations to complete the look. We also offer several LED neon signs that can be hung from our backdrops as well!

We know how expensive events can be, thats why all of our arches, backdrops, swags and signs are under $100 to make these affordable for you! You can pick up and drop off your rentals or we can deliver and set up!

We set up our shimmer backdrop and Let's Party sign for an 80s themed birthday party last weekend! This totally fit the vibe and the added balloon arch from the renter completed the look!

We offer simple, easy and most importantly AFFORDABLE rentals for all events including weddings, showers, anniversaries, birthdays and more! We have a large inventory of decor for every aspect of your event and we are always adding more. Happy New Year 2024! It has been awhile since we posted - between a new baby, milestone birthdays, family weddings and surgeries, 2023 was more than expected. Thank you to everyone that has stuck with us and given us some patience as we took a break from booking events this past year.

With that said....we are now open to booking new events for 2024! 🥳 We have made a few changes to our inventory this new year and will be updating our website soon with these photos of our new items. We have also removed some items we no longer carry. Otherwise our policies and process have remained generally the same.

We are happy to say we have kept the majority of our prices the same so we can continue to help keep costs low for our renters! This is one of the reasons we started our business and we are happy to continue helping to make things more affordable.

We had a unique opportunity this weekend to celebrate and decorate for one of our own members of Riverline Rents and Events!

We went all out for this fairytale/storybook themed baby shower - with games about fairytales and children's stories to match! The centerpieces weren't just for show and were even part of a fairytale and nursery rhyme themed game - how adorable!

Such a cute and creative theme and decor that really brought this space to life!

Spring is here and a splash of color is perfect for this amazing couple!

We spent our morning setting up this gorgeous wedding and reception at the District - when we were first approached about this wedding we were so excited for the unique idea this couple brought to us for rainbow pastel colors! 🌈 The bride really put so much work and effort into a lot of her decorations and it definitely shows - everything turned out perfect. The additional of our submersible lights, beaded garlands, cyclinders, mirrors, hexagon arch and backdrops rounded out this already amazing decor.

And that's a wrap for the 2022 rental season! We finished off the year with 5 weddings on New Year's Eve and we had almost 100 individual rentals this year, which for our little part-time business has been amazing and we have loved all the kind words and support from the community!

As many of you know or have seen on our website, we have placed a hold on all future 2023 events and beyond at this time due to other family obligations. We hope to reopen our schedule in the future and will be posting an update when we will be taking on new events. If you already have a contract for 2023, we will be honoring all of these events and contracts that are already signed.

We want to thank everyone, individuals and businesses, who have rented and made referrals to our business, it has definitely grown into more than we could have ever imagined! Here's a few pictures of some highlights from the past year!

What a crazy busy month September has been! We have a total of 20 EVENTS for the month and we will be wrapping up our last few events of the month this coming weekend! September is our busiest month, but we love to see the events and weddings come together with our decor!

Three weddings last weekend and another two this weekend - needless to say we're staying busy pulling items and packing decor for our renters. We are already preparing for next weekend with SIX separate events! 😬

What a beautiful weekend for a mid-July wedding! This event was a perfect blend of rustic and elegant decor that really made the venue come to life! We are so thankful to be even a small part of such a big day for this bride and groom. Congrats to the new couple!

Our next decor showing will be Saturday August 13 9am-4pm and Sunday morning August 14th 9am-11am with 1 hour appointments. This will likely be our last showing until November due to the number of events we have this fall. Wow, what a busy couple of weeks! Our decor showing on June 4th was packed with lots of planning and pictures for future events! Our big showcase item was combining our cylinder vases, submersible lights, and beaded garland - this is a great alterntive to candles and provides SO much light! Better yet - no flame or lighting candles beforehand!

We also had several events over the past 2 weeks - big thank you to all those that sent us the pictures below!

We have also finalized a date for our next decor show - July 9, 2022! After going through our waitlist, we have a couple of spots remaining. Message us about reserving a 1 hour appointment time to look at our decor in person!
