** I had several people not show up today or show up hours late, I’m not a traditional business, I only make things as ordered, I also don’t have the fridge space to store your order. Please be respectful of my time or let me know so I can shift my day if I can.

** I will be gone and out the door at 12:30 tomorrow and not a moment later so I can spend time with my family 🙂 I have 3 month old baby girl, 15 month old son, 9 year old daughter, 14 year old daughter and a spouse that deserve my time ❤️

**if I have capacity and supplies I’ll throw some extras together and post them here 🎄

It has been a wild Holiday season so far (I worked 16 hours yesterday if that tells you anything 😅) but I am so incredibly grateful to each and every single person who has supported this passion of mine!

5 whole years of spreading love (and cheese) all over the Sioux Empire 😭If I’m honest… if you asked me 5 years ago if I thought I would make it this far , the answer would have been no. I started this business in a church kitchen as a single mom with nothing to her name, barely surviving the day to day, desperate to find herself again after a terribly abusive relationship. I was only told what I couldn’t do or be for years… and that has been the fuel to my fire. My number one goal has and always will be to show my kids, and anyone else out there who has had to walk through hard things that you absolutely can follow your dreams and you can be great at it. There’s a statistic out there that says 50% of all small businesses won’t survive their first 5 years. We made it 😭and I couldn’t be any more proud. Love conquers all things , and that is what we are rooted in and will continue to Cultivate around here ;) It’s fun to look back and see how not only my business has grown, but my family as well 😭Thank you so much to everyone who helped me celebrate tonight , and thank you to every single one of you who has ordered a board, allowed me to be a part of your special events, or even just encouraged me. It means the absolute world to me. Here’s to the next 5 years 🥂…and yes, I did teach my birthday class in my little sleepies pjs ;)

And a partridge in a pear tree….

Actually no partridge, but I did get to see a bunch of regular customers who I adore 🫶

Thankful 🍁

As we spend the day gathered around the table with friends and family , I hope we can all take a moment to reflect on what we are truly thankful for this year .

I am incredibly thankful for my healthy family who I get be present with more, my body that has carried 4 amazing humans…specifically the 2 recent back to back ones because what I do is really hard on the body. The free gift of Grace from my savior. The customers who have become dear friends , and for the people who continually cheer me on , and who have allowed me to reciprocate. I am thankful every day that I get to wake up and do what I love, and that that thing allows me to provide all the essentials to my family and more.
I told the kids today how incredibly blessed we are to be in a place where we aren’t lacking anything… especially because when I first started this business I was fresh out of an abusive relationship that took everything from us and financially I was in complete shambles having to chose between what bills to pay, and what could be pushed back a little bit longer.

When you support me , know I take not even a single order for granted . Thank YOU for allowing me to continue to pursue my passions and for helping me show my children (and hopefully others out there too) that with a little hard work, a big dream, and a whole lot of passion …you can be whatever you want . Even if it’s a cheese stylist 😉

December 1st will be 5 whole years of serving you Sioux Falls. I can’t believe we made it this far, but I’m so glad we have.
