The CNY Land Trust is excited to offer an exclusive ecotherapy session with licensed mental health counselor and ecotherapist, Cory Brosch, MS, LMHC from Oswego State University. Cory will take us on a guided walk through nature and the mind while she provides us with techniques to cope with many of the issues that hinder our happiness and hold us back from our greatest potential.

Our famous homemade mac & cheese is on the menu today at the It's a Wonderful Life Festival in Seneca Falls.

Why is our mac so famous? We use hand grated NY State extra sharp white cheddar so there are no potato starch fillers, real whole milk, and cream with high quality elbows and spices that are slow cooked for a creamy, dreamy, cheese-filled heavenly experience.

It's a Wonderful Life 75th Anniversary Festival December 8-12 in Seneca Falls. Potatoes & Molasses Food Truck will be there. Come and enjoy a true American holiday tradition where it all began in Seneca Falls, "The Real Bedford Falls".

Hand cut, twice cooked Russet potatoes for the perfect crispy outside and tender, fluffy inside. They are smothered in beef marinated in our own blend of taco seasoning, heirloom tomatoes, crispy romaine lettuce, cilantro, homemade chipotle sauce, and sour cream. Fresh, healthy, and deliciously sinful. Nothing processed. All farm fresh ingredients. Seneca Falls Canal Fest is quackers! Come and join in on the crazy good fun. There are more live bands throughout the day, games, a petting zoo, face painting, and don't forget to get in on the duck race action by adopting a duck.
