Pig scramble sign ups are still going. Located in the Livestock Office on the board behind the door. Signup closes at 1230 today. (No ifs, ands, or buts) 😊

Pig scramble is TODAY, Saturday 8/17 @ 1pm in the show ring. We will be drawing names at 12:45.

Each class will have 5 pigs and 10 kids participating. Children drawn who do not catch a pig will get $5 for participating.

We will also be doing kids pie eating contest and sack races to follow so please see Mickenzee in the livestock office to sign up for those events.

Happy Thursday! Today is Senior Citizen Day!! Seniors 62 and older will have 5 dollar gate admission. Regular gate admission is $10 and ride bracelets are $22. Make sure to check out the Dairy Cattle Show today at 10 am! Horse pulling today at 11 am and 7:30 pm. - Signs up will be at the picnic table by the scale house. This is located between the coliseum and the livestock office.
- $5 PER class, PER machine.
- Helmets are not required but advised.
- Hitch height is 14” max.
- No added weights.

The fair is open!! Gate admission is $15. 10 and under are free! It may be raining, but the derby is still on. If the weather makes a drastic change, we will post an update. Make sure to come by and check out the band tonight at 7pm, New Relm! Tractor pulling starts today -always rain or shine. The Midway will open at 1pm as scheduled.

They are our future for agriculture. There will be Market Hogs, Lambs, Steers, Meat Birds & Turkeys available for bidding on Friday August 16. Auction starts at 6:30 sharp...Youth from all over the state have been raising quality animals to help fill YOUR freezers. Birds are by bid and slaughter fees are buyers' responsibility, trucking will be available to slaughter houses. (Herring Brothers Meats & Tessier's Farm)..Youth will be in the market barns to answer any questions you may have...As a bonus, if you purchase a market animal and gift it to employees or let that animal go as a resale to an organization of your choice - it's all tax deductible!..So come down and have a little friendly competition with other local businesses and help support the youth at the same time!
