Thank you to everyone who supported Plated by J and Youths Experiencing Success at the Ponchatoula Strawberry Festival!! It was amazing meeting some of the people that tried the sauce/wings. The looks on all of you faces after that first taste gave me butterflies!!!Thank you for all the post shares and shoutouts!! I also wanna thank my all woman crew who cooked and tossed the wings. We sold over 700lbs of wings and 15 gallons of sauce!!
