Using the reverse side of the old metal we salvaged from the original structure is turning out pretty cool!

Patching some of the damaged tongue and groove inside and trimming out the windows!
Used some of the lap board siding from the outside on the wall entering the brides and grooms room!
Painted walls and stained floors coming soon!

Offering air conditioning and heating will make those summer and winter month weddings and events much more enjoyable!

This is how we are preserving the original tongue and groove walls on the inside, we lathed the exterior in a double layer of 2x4’s then spray foamed from the outside pretty wild looking at this stage! Next we will be decking it with osb, installing windows and the metal siding!

Added some more exterior concrete today, and have started salvaging the original siding to use as accent walls on the interior!

Progress pictures!
The barn was and old show barn in its hay day! The old building was originally the Noma Florida school house gymnasium in the 1930’s!
The buildings are being formed together to make one great event Venue, we should have about 7000 square feet of heated and cooled indoor space and 4000 square feet of concrete for our outdoor entertaining area!
We will continue to post updates as we get closer to the finish line!
