This kid is a stud on the ice. But also in life. Last night I had the proudest moment a dad can have. A women walked up and as she's walking up telling her husband " hold on I have to talk to this guy". I'm thinking wtf? Lol she says. " Hey I just want to introduce my self my name is Jen and your son is my son's reading buddy . I respond o that's awesome I remember when Eli had a reading buddy. But she goes on to say how Eli has made a big impact on him , so I ask. Well what are the details. What has he done. She says. Well my son is autistic and your son has been so patient with him ,takes his time with him and just makes him feel at ease and he just really appreciates his time with Eli, so I guess it's a big deal for this young man to get to spend time with Eli. How cool is that to know your son is treating people kindly and doing the thing. I always have conversations with Eli. That you treat everyone equally. Everyone deserves the same respect to be treated with grace love and care

Sadly humans are just like this at times. So much to go around. And yet we fight and clamor over who's gonna get the whole lot. Sad part is. One seagull called in all the others. And then they fight like animals that they are.

Lol first video I've ever made. It cut me short. . But in short. Stop using starches and flours to thicken your gravy. Make bone broth. This was the carcass if two breast and 2 turkey legs. Made 3 gallons of flavorful nutrient dense stock. I was able to even eat many of the bones ligaments and tendons after I separated the solids from the liquid. We (big river bbq cooked off 8 thighs 4 breast and 2 legs. Broke it down and added the remains to just water. Cooked on low for 16 hours and this is the Beauty you get. Ditch fillers. Get the goodness out of the animals that gave their lives for our livelihood.
Place is packed. Fantastic to see!! Great food. Phenomenal choice of on tap beer. No surprise. Great owners great atmosphere. Win win
So happy to things like this. These folks are blessed and they deserve every bit of the blessings out there.
