Ground chicken is such a great substitute for beef or turkey. I wanted a pasta with a creamy flavorful sauce but yet not heavy. The vegetables that I added were complimentary to the groud chicken and really brought the sauce together. The fettuccine was seasoned so well, It could be eaten as is.
