Ann Szymaniak has been the owner/director of The Dance Connection in Binghamton, NY. In addition to 43 years of dance instruction and choreography, Ann is a Kripalu Yoga Instructor, Reiki and Sound Healing Practitioner. Ann has combined her passions and has created a Yoga Dance class that brings dance, yoga and sound healing together for a 75 min experience that will leave every cell singing!!!
Dance, Breathe, Release, REJOICE!!!!

This year, your registration will include everything. Yoga, Forest Meditation, Sound Healing, Reiki, Massage, Food Detox, P90 (PEMF Technology & Terahertz Waves), Readings, Fire Cleansing Ceremony and a thoughtful discussion on what moves your soul. You will be fed, loved and healed in the most serene sanctuary, Harvest Moon Forest. This is a day where you will be guided to listen to your own body, relax with zero time constraints and experience a soul transformation.
