= Shredded Chipotle Beef - braised with Shiner Bock, Chipotle peppers, garlic and onions. = Shredded Sweet Chile Pork - braised with sweet chile sauce. = Lime Cilantro Chicken - Grilled chicken marinated with fresh lime juice, garlic and cilantro. = Lots of yummie sides - too many to mention. = Roasted Corn Black Bean Cilantro Rice - tossed with fresh roasted corn, black beans, garlic, onions and fresh cilantro. = Flour and Corn Blended Tortillas.

Bacon Wrapped Asparagus Bundles:

Set oven to 400 degrees.

Trim the tough ends off of your asparagus spears, rinse, and dry.

Coat with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Wrap Asparagus with high quality bacon and place on a baking sheet.

Roast bundles in the preheated oven for roughly 20 minutes. (Check after 12 minutes or so.)

If you feel like it's necessary, you can place bundles under the broiler for a few minutes until the bacon is as crispy as you'd like.

Enjoy!!

You can also cook bundles on the grill, or make mini bundles for a delicious appetizer!!
