This past weekend the White Iron Ridge team had the honor of attending the .kansascity Vendor Choice Awards. This event is a night to celebrate everyone in the industry who works so hard to make dreams become a reality for clients. The wedding industry in Kansas City is truly incredible. It is filled with talented, driven, and passionate people who pour their hearts into what they do. We feel honored to be celebrated amongst so many amazing people! With that being said, we have SO much to celebrate!

Up first, White Iron Ridge was named the

✨VENUE OF THE YEAR✨

This recognition is truly an honor and we are so thankful for the love and support. We get to welcome incredible vendors into our space every weekend and see you work your magic. It’s such a privilege having a front row seat to it all.

We are also celebrating Amanda Newton for being named

✨ACADEMY ALL-STAR✨

This award is presented to individuals in the industry who go above and beyond and set the stage for excellence. Amanda truly encompasses it all. She has the heart and passion, she pours into every client to ensure their day is as special as they are, and she is uplifting and so easy to work with. White Iron is so lucky to have Amanda at the heart of it all and we are so proud of her for being recognized for her hard work and dedication. We couldn’t be more proud of her!

Lastly, we want to congratulate on of our managers, Heather, for also being named as an Academy All-Star! Heather is a planner for and received this honor with that team. We are so lucky to have her on our team!

We are obsessed with our lower level patio. It’s partially covered, features a fire pit and provides lots of space for cocktail hour or ceremony. It’s a great area to feature yard games and more. White Iron Ridge provides an upscale venue experience for weddings, corporate events and social gatherings. Featuring classic elegance, our casual sophistication is the perfect balance of an adaptable space to meet large or small events of all styles. We are located in Smithville, MO. Situated in the Kansas City Metropolitan area we are located ten minutes from Kansas City International Airport, 25 minutes north of downtown, and off a paved state highway.

We plan to open late 2020 and will keep everyone updated on opening dates. We are booking for 2021 at this time. Thanks for checking out our page!
