We catered a great Christmas party this past Saturday night Country Crossroads Event Barn. Made 6 pork butts injected with apple juice and covered with Meat Church Texas Sugar rub. 60 pounds of smoked pork butt! Grilled 30 pounds of smoked sausage using a honey bbq sauce on top. Homemade Cole slaw, baked beans, potato chips, & homemade chocolate chip cookies. Sweet tea & bottled water for drinks. Made enough for over 120 people. Had a great time serving some bbq tonight Brainiac Trivia. Thanks for the invite Jon Boyce. Appreciate the opportunity. We made pulled pork street tacos with cowboy caviar.
