Wanda and I would like thank everyone who has made this little bar successful over the years and for the great times we have had here at Chameleons. We have been a fixture in Smyrna providing a safe haven serving the Lgbt community bringing you the best amateur drag shows for the past 10 years! ( history in the making as Rutherford Country only alternative bar)!. We have met so many awesome people from all walks of life, and that have come from all corners of Tennessee as well as the nearby States and has made Chameleons' (their) home bar. A sanctuary for many, an accomplishment in which we are very proud of. However, it is with our deepest regret that our last finale will be held on December 16th and closing our doors. So come on out to say good-bye and help us get rid of our beer stock!

impossible lol.).

Tarter Nouveau delivers Diva performances with a theatrical flare incorporated with overtones of modern Burlesque while bringing your favorite female artist to life! Lucian Cross delivers amazing male impersonations of some of the most famous musical characters of our lifetime in fun and energetic stage performance! They are your newly crowned Mr and Mrs Chameleon's and they will be featured this Friday and Saturday at both our weekend shows! Check out their shows this weekend...10:30 both nights! Chameleons would like to thank everyone whom came out last night to support our 10 year anniversary, the first Mr. and Ms Chameleons contest, and our Halloween celebration! What a over the top fun night, filled with some of the creepiest characters, festive moments, laughter, and best entertainment anywhere in Rutherford County!!! We want to especially thank our cast performers for their dedication to this event and their major show of support in talent, creativity, and spirit they place before you last night on the stage!! It was epic beyond any Halloween show we have witnessed in a decade!! We want to also express our deepest gratitude to out judges( Mr. Gay Pride Nashville Chase Sky), Ms. Crystal Clear and Ms Tyla Gaize for their dedication ..... And thank you to Mr. Mark Gunn for turning up the music.... We are so proud of our winners Ms. Tarte Nouveau and Mr. Lucian Cross your Mr, & Ms. Chameleons congratulations! , 1st runner up's Diesel and Adhara Bull. and customers choice award winner Mr. Ashlin Jacobs... Happy Pride 2017! We hope everyone has a glorious day celebrating and recognizing whom we are individual and collectively together. Weather its at a festival, a back yard event, or if your bound to obligations today that keep your celebration internalized and/or minimized.... however and wherever you may be.... work, home, in the middle of a parade... spend a moment in thought in just how far we have come, you have come, and where we go "together". Our collective history and individual stories across time are tales of triumph and anguish but truly never defeat. We continue to Stand Together across this great world against all oppressions and all designs to minimize our existence. We rise! Again and again ...and again! Happy Pride 2017!

It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the loss of one of Chameleon's own, "Hank" aka Billy Jacobs. The news of his passing arrived this morning. Arrangement for "Hank" are with Woodfins in Murfreesboro. Visitation 4 pm to 8 pm Thursday. Funeral at 11 am Friday. We will forever be missing you Hankster! Love you our friend.
