In 2003, Parisian Parc - Dreams n Themes Events, LLC began planning and coordinating special events. Having acquired party/event rental supplies for many years, we became an event services provider of linens and party/event rental, and ultimately a venue for daytime and prime time events of small groups. While we no longer provide the venue, we are glad to continue servicing your need for linens

and party/event supplies for small groups of 24 or less. Our philosophy is DIY Planners should not tirelessly conduct web-based scavenger hunts for tables, chairs, linen, or tableware. We take the frustration out of planning as the DIYer completes tasks at a ratio of 5:1, leaving more time for the REAL details. So, let me tell you about my weekend and hope it inspires you to step outside of your comfort zone. Sometimes all you need IS the departure date, time and location.

A couple months ago my sis over at Beyond the Border mentioned about how cool it would be to have a "mystery" trip. Yes, I said mystery trip! She booked the transportation and event and sent the invitations. Yall, I had no problems dropping my deposit and trusting her. I trusted this chic years ago on trips to Niagara Falls Canada, Detroit Michigan, and Windsor Canada so why not trust her once again.

Yall, Friday night I was anxious because I was not in control. If you know me you know I have to know all the details but she wasn't divulging nothing but dress comfortably, wear comfortable shoes and bring a water bottle.

Saturday morning the alarm went off at 4:15am and I knew I need to be out the door before 5:00am so I didn't get left. My stomach was in a knot. I couldn't eat or drink anything.

Yall, let me tell you we got to the meet up location, loaded up and started the journey. First stop was Buc-ees in Calhoun GA. So we did our pit stop and then loaded back up in the bus.. At this point the fun really begin because we were playing " 20 questions" We had some wild questions about "Where are we going"? I kept saying we were going to Uncle Nearest Distillery. I even went as far as putting Uncle Nearest in my Waze App🤣. Then Waze said " recalculating". 😫

Well long story short, we traveled to Nashville TN and visited The National Museum of African American Music and hung out in Nashville for a second. It was so much fun and laughter.

My question for you is would you participate in mystery trip where you knew nothing but the meet up date, time and location?

I can't wait until the next one.
