This Valentine’s Day, honor the boundless nature of love with a heartfelt Sound Healing & Cacao Ceremony rooted in intentionality and connection. Together, we’ll explore the many layers of love—love for those we cherish, those we meet in passing, and even those who challenge us—through a guided meditation, sound healing, and the sacred practice of a cacao ceremony.

We begin the evening by sharing ceremonial cacao, a plant medicine known for opening the heart and deepening emotional connection. With its gentle warmth, we’ll embark on a guided meditation that invites you to:
• Send love to someone you hold dear,
• Send love to someone you feel neutral about,
• Send love to someone you find challenging.

Through this practice, we’ll cultivate compassion, understanding, and a sense of unity. Following the meditation, immerse yourself in the ethereal sounds of crystal singing bowls, allowing the vibrations to soothe your spirit and harmonize your energy.

This ceremony is a space for everyone—whether you’re celebrating solo, with a partner, or with friends—to embrace love in its infinite forms and reflect on its power to connect us all.
