This Harvest Season at Swans Trail Farms has been nothing short of incredible, and we owe it all to our amazing team! 🌾✨ From long days to rainy weather, their dedication and passion made every moment unforgettable. We couldn’t have done it without their tireless efforts and cheerful spirits.

Wow, what an incredible harvest season! 🎃 A massive THANK YOU to all of you for making it so special. Fall fun at the farm just wouldn't be the same without your smiles and laughter 🫶

Not only do we have an amazing array of pumpkins, but we also have varieties of gourds and squash. 🎃

Kindergarteners enjoyed a field trip to Swan’s Trail Farm after learning about the pumpkin lifecycle in science. 🧡☘️🎃 Swans Trail Farms
