Thank you so much to everyone who came out to run the 11th Annual Mukilteo Turkey Trot yesterday. Seeing our community show up—families, friends, longtime participants, and first-timers—means more to us than we can express. We are truly grateful for each and every one of you.

We also want to extend a sincere thank-you for your patience regarding the pajama bottoms. We know how much people look forward to them each year, and we’re disappointed they didn’t arrive in time. As soon as they are in our hands, we will make them available for pickup right away.

A very special thank-you goes out to the Kamiak High School Cross Country team and all of our incredible volunteers. They show up at 5 AM, work tirelessly behind the scenes, and stay until every last detail is taken care of. Their energy, kindness, and commitment make this event possible, and we are deeply grateful for their support.

On a brighter note, your race photos are now ready to download for only $7.99 each. A huge thank-you to Danny Griesmer and Brian Kingsberry, who arrived before sunrise to capture your moments and support the event. We kindly ask that you avoid screenshotting or sharing watermarked images, as the photographers depend on these purchases.

Hi Everyone,

We wanted to share an important update regarding this year’s Mukilteo Turkey Trot pajama bottoms. As many of you know, these are a special part of our event each year. Unfortunately, this year’s shipment was held in customs for 24 days and was only released this morning.

Because of this unexpected delay, it’s very unlikely the pajama bottoms will arrive in time for Thanksgiving Day. We are actively working with FedEx to explore every possible option—including early pickup—but at this point it’s looking like they will arrive the day after the race or on Monday.

We know this is disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Once the pajama bottoms are in our hands, we will provide multiple opportunities for local pickup over the following days. For anyone who lives out of state we will ship them directly to you at no cost.

We’ll send a follow-up email as soon as we have confirmed pickup locations and times.

It is still vitally important for everyone to please pick up your race packets at packet pickup tomorrow. If we have to many people wait until the day of the race this could cause a delay in the start of the event.

Thank you for your understanding and for being part of the Mukilteo Turkey Trot. We can’t wait to see you on Thanksgiving morning!
