Well Hello and Welcome to our page!
Second Wind Gardens has been a dream of mine for many years. We were finally at a point in our lives in 2023 to start this journey of growing and creating goods and services to offer to you, our friends, family and community. I will edit all of this with more details at a later time so for now let's skip to the other stuff.

Our flowers:
We currently have 6 rows that are 4 ft x 120 ft long each. Each row is filled with beautiful annual flowers that were all started from seed by us beginning in February of 2024. Our short term goal for the flower garden is simply selling bouquets and buckets of flowers on a small scale until next year as we go through the huge learning curve and red tape. In 2025 our plan is to offer flowers from our roadside stand , a subscription service and to host an event or two based around flowers, art and fun!

Our veggie garden is 50 x 60 and packed full of yummy stuff. This year my main focus for this garden was green beans, cucumbers and jalapeños. We researched heavily and found the perfect strains of seeds to produce the best yields for us. Remember, we like creating! The cucumbers definitely have not disappointed us this year. There are so many tender cucumbers coming from each of our 30 plants. Every single one is being turned onto pickles. So many pickles! Even the green beans are being pickled!

The jalapeños will be made into....Cowboy Candy. If you love sweet and spicy you will love this!

All of this is just a fraction of what our long term goals are. I will continue to to post updates as well as edit this "about" section as we grow together.
