Forget everything you think you know about leadership. I have failed many times in this position, but when I stopped and listened is when I learned a few things. Leadership is a group effort. Leadership is loyalty, support, love, trust and family. We throw our fair share of fits, but then we hug and kiss, and most importantly show up for each other every damn time.
