Ever wondered why our barbecue food is so delicious? It’s because we smoke all our meat in-house and have perfected our recipes over the years to bring you the best flavors possible. In the image shown, you can see the brisket smoking process and the sauce being prepared for our birria tacos (available at The Cantina). Our birria meat is our smoked brisket, which is also available in a sandwich or on a barbecue platter. Typically, the meat spends about 12-15 hours in the smoker.
