This week, we honored the memory of a remarkable man, my father-in-law. This red heart arrangement is more than just a symbol of love; it encapsulates the depth of his devotion and the warmth of his heart. The anemones, reminiscent of the poppies that honor our fallen veterans, pay tribute to his significant sacrifices and unwavering bravery during his service in the US Army throughout the Korean War.

His dog tags, carefully displayed in this arrangement, are not merely relics of his past, but a testament to his courage, dedication, and patriotism. These small pieces of metal hold stories of heroism, camaraderie, and a steadfast sense of duty that defined his character and his life.

But beyond his military accolades, he was a man who deeply loved his family. His strength, wisdom, and nurturing spirit were the pillars upon which his family’s happiness and security were built. Every smile, every cherished memory, every story, and every lesson imparted to his children and grandson are reflections of his love and commitment.

I am profoundly grateful to have known such an honorable man. His legacy will continue to inspire us, reminding us of the importance of family, country, dedication, and love.

Rest in peace, dear father-in-law. Your memory is etched in our hearts, and your spirit forever guides us. Thank you for your service, your love, and your enduring legacy.

Starting off the 2024 wedding season, we’ve crafted a bouquet that captures a spring-like garden vibe, inspired by our bride’s vibrant vision. A medley of yellows, blues, peachy oranges, and delicate pinks, carefully selected to mirror the joy and color of a spring garden. This bouquet, featuring ranunculus, tulips, butterfly ranunculus, tweedia, skywaltz delphinium, daffodils, helebore, and chamomile, is a heartfelt tribute to her dream of a garden-inspired celebration. It’s an honor to bring a piece of that dream to life, marking a beautiful beginning to our wedding season at Five Bridge Inn.

Reminiscing the beauty of this enchanting wedding at the picturesque Newport Vineyards and I’m absolutely in love with one of my favorite bouquets crafted to date! This beautiful arrangement featured a cascade of Amaranthus, an array of stunning dahlias, delicate ranunculus, and the always classic roses. Every petal, every hue was chosen to add magic to this already breathtaking day.

Special mention must go to the groom’s boutonniere, a distinctive and exotic Bird of Paradise that carried deep significance for him and his loved ones. It’s these personal touches that transform a beautiful moment into an unforgettable memory.

With the vines as their witness, the love and attention to detail at this celebration were truly something out of a fairy tale.
