We have many female bunnies looking for their forever homes! All have been raised in the petting zoo so have had lots of handling. All are priced at $25 each.

- 1 broken tri Velveteen Lop. Born Feb 2022. Papered. Weighs 7lbs.

Please note - they are fully mature now so that means they do not like living with other rabbits. I won’t sell them if you are looking to house them with another rabbit.

What is the connection between Gabi’s Barnyard Adventures and 4-H?🍀

The owner Gabi, grew up in Ventura County, CA raising swine, rabbits, and cavies with a local 4-H club. She took the life and business skills learned in that club and started Gabi’s Barnyard Adventures at only 19 years old. While running this business now, she also volunteers with 4-H as a project leader for multiple projects and also represents Ventura County’s 4-H Small Livestock PDC.

What is 4-H? 🍀
4-H is a national youth organization where members ages 5-19 years old learn by doing. Members complete hands on projects in areas like health, science, agriculture, animal science and civic engagement in a positive environment where they recieve guidance from adult mentors and are encouraged to take on proactive leadership roles. 4-H is America’s largest youth development organization- empowering nearly 6 million young people with the skills to lead for a lifetime.

Why do ranches have big white dogs?🐾

You will often see these big white dogs living with small livestock. This breed is called a Great Pyrenees, one of the few different breeds of livestock guardian dogs. They are bred to protect sheep, goats, and poultry from predators. They are fiercely loyal, protective, and patient, especially with children. They are large dogs, males can weigh anywhere from 100-120 pounds and females can weigh anywhere between 85-100 pounds.

Pictured here is one of our LGD Daisy! Daisy’s job at the barnyard is to keep our Petting Zoo goats safe from coyotes. She stays up all night long walking around the perimeter of the goat pasture and barking anytime she hears or sees a coyote. She has the sweetest demeanor and especially loves children!❤️

We visited two daycares today with our Baby Animal Zoo🐰🤍
