🍂Gearing up for fall classes- open enrollment! 🩰

We have something for everyone! There are classes available for dancers as young as 18 months and all the way through the teen years. Dancers can step onto the floor with a beloved adult in our Dancing Ducklings class and keep dancing as they grow, finishing off their time at SCD in our Advanced level.

And adults, we have a class for you! Our all-level Adult Ballet class resumed on Friday, September 5.

¡Tenemos algo para todos! Hay clases para bailarines desde los 18 meses hasta la adolescencia. Los bailarines pueden bailar con un adulto querido en nuestra clase de Patitos Danzantes y seguir bailando a medida que crecen, terminando su tiempo en SCD en nuestro nivel Avanzado.

¡Y adultos, tenemos una clase para ustedes! Nuestra clase de Ballet para Adultos para todos los niveles se reanudó el viernes 5 de septiembre.

Visiting us this summer: Mr. Jon! 🌞

Scottish choreographer, dance notator and animateur Jonathan Burnett trained at the Royal Ballet School in England before becoming a soloist with the Irish National Ballet, a member of the musical Cats in Amsterdam, Holland, and a member of the Lindsay Kemp Company touring internationally. A regular visitor to Sonoma Conservatory of Dance, he has a particular interest in reconstructing “lost” ballets and is currently recreating Anna Pavlova’s “Autumn Leaves” for Ballet Circle, his Edinburgh-based company of non-professional adult students.

El coreógrafo, narrador de danza y animador escocés Jonathan Burnett se formó en la Royal Ballet School de Inglaterra antes de convertirse en solista del Ballet Nacional Irlandés, miembro del musical Cats en Ámsterdam, Países Bajos, y miembro de la Compañía Lindsay Kemp, con giras internacionales.
