Ingredients for 🦃 brine utilized this year:

Orange slices, bay leaves, fresh thyme, onions, pepper corns, lemon, celery, fresh sage, brown sugar, dried rosemary, sea salt, and all spice.
Boil in water for 15 minutes, then balance with ice and cold water in the chosen container for the bird.
Cover and marinate for a minimum of 24 hours.
