Who cares that it still feels like winter out there when we have a delicious summer-inspired salad special this week. Oranges, berries and melon, oh my!

Asparagus & new potato over a bed of mixed greens, accompanied by tomatoes, hard boiled egg, sautéed capers, radish & shredded parmesan cheese. Finished with a slightly sweet chive & shallot vinaigrette made in house, as always!
