Became CBD Events LLC in June 2017 with sale to Susan Thompson, with an addition of a food truck and bar services including a bar van.

Are you following us? ?
We are consolidating and rebranding and will not be posting to this Instagram much longer. We still do offsite catering, weddings, and events like we always have but we now have our new commercial event space and kitchen. Please follow us to stay in tune with what we are offering, including pop-up dinners, Wednesday Topas nights, ladies night out, theme parties, of course we do all special occasions on site and offsite.
We also have bar service and can assist with your decorating needs.
Follow our food truck we are every Friday night from three till about eight and every weekend on Saturdays and Sundays from noon till about seven.
Stop by to see what’s cooking on the grill on Saturdays and then we have our typical food truck menu all three days plus cocktails ! You can also pre-order online anything we offer on our website, including the existing food truck menu. If you were looking for a full meal, we do that too! You would just pick it up at the food truck at the designated times that we arrive.

Events are really happening@copperatdorset!
We will no longer be posting to this CBD account much everything is being rebranded into Copper At Dorset .
We still do many weddings and events offsite as we always have , we still have our food truck but now we have a new commercial kitchen and a nice event space with takeout lunches, dinners pop-up dinners and of course events with Bar service. in an effort to consolidate, please follow us and for Foodtruck details, please follow us we hope to hear from you or see you soon for all of your catering needs!

Catering By Dale has been providing first-class cuisine and consultative services for over 20 years to the local Burlington, VT area including weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, winter-theme parties, estate affairs and delivery/setup for smaller events. Dale Loeffler started her catering company after a 14 year career as owner of Jakes Restaurant in South Burlington. Her successful business model grew rapidly as she developed a solid in-house team that has offered top-notch service to repeat local clientele for over 12 years. Known for her charm, poise and “class,” Dale is a local icon, well-connected and respected throughout the community. She recently decided to enjoy traveling with her husband Ed, who was also involved in assisting with the day-to-day operation. Her staff consisting of Executive Chef Garrett P. Bailey, Assistant Sous Chef Shawn Lipenski and Head Event Coordinator, Cher Goodwin, are involved with the new owner, Susan Thompson, retaining the repeat customer base and maintaining the status quo. The Catering By Dale “A-Team” has a stellar reputation, known for professionalism and an authentic interest in their clients needs. Coupled with Chef Garrett and Chef Shawn’s culinary talents (check out the CBD website for bios), its business as usual for the CBD team as they all continue to impress.
