Love to plan weddings? Join our team! We're hiring for a part time wedding and event coordinator. Great way to gain excellent skills in event planning. Tahoe By Design is hiring a part time Wedding and Event Coordinator to join our team. This is a part time position, to start, 20 hours a week. $17.50 hour. Our offices are located at 1169 Ski Run Blvd. #4, South Lake Tahoe. The Wedding Coordinator position is in the office (this is not a work remote.). Our hours are 9:00 – 5:00 Monday – Saturday and the ideal candidate can work 20 hours a week, 4 hours x 5 days.

Tahoe By Design is a destination management company working with corporate groups who come to Lake Tahoe for their business meetings. We handle all the logistics including hotel bookings, food & beverage, off site events, entertainment and on-site. During Covid, our wedding business expanded, and we offer full-service wedding planning, as well as day of/on site.
