When I started On Board last year a friend helped me come up with the name. I liked it for several reasons, the obvious reason, charcuterie typically being served on a board/paddle and also, I had been spending my winters sailing around the Caribbean aboard Whipper Snapper, our little home out at sea.
Now this year, the name has even more meaning since the majority of my creations are to chartered and rental boats based out the Keys and Ski Run Marinas.

I'm looking for help every Monday and Thursday from 7 am until 2 pm (hours do slightly change depending on the amount of orders for that day) with potential of adding an additional third day as we keep growing. I will be out of town and service until November 18th (I'll be rafting the Grand Canyon for over 3 weeks🤪)
Farmers market this season was such an amazing experience for me. I learned a ton and had so much fun being a part of such a special community.
I'm excited to come back and create some fall and winter inspired boards! Keep me in mind for any holiday gathering charcuterie needs!

I'm pretty certain we all need more friends like ! She and her family dropped off these mini boxes to some of their close friends. No reason in particular except to remind them that she's thinking of them and loves them. It makes me smile just thinking about how something seemingly so small can really makes someones day. Woooah, today was a busy day! 🤪 Farmers market and then putting this beauty together for a wedding/honeymoon gift! Check out this grazing table I put together yesterday for a wine tasting+charcuterie birthday gathering! The grazing table wasn't the only thing that was stunning, the location that it was held at was right between an alpine lit meadow and our beautiful Lake Tahoe shore! It was a little bit of a trek getting to the location but totally worth it!

Putting together this special charcuterie platter was so much fun! The birthday crew took it on the boat to snack on while cruising around Emerald Bay. Some of my favorites are the caprese skewers drizzled with reduced balsamic vinaigrette, smoked gouda wrapped in prosciutto, dill havarti cheese and all the sweet berries! 🤤🎉⛵
This week I'll be putting together some unique to go boxes, including one that's vegan! Let me know if you're interested in getting in an order as well! 🍯🧀❤
