Dear Amber,

We're thankful for the safety of everyone at Majestic Resorts Punta Cana, both guests and staff, as the storm passes our location in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

We're pleased to report that Majestic Resorts Punta Cana did not receive any major damage from Hurricane Fiona. We have been working hard to clean up the grounds of the resort so that our guests may enjoy the sunshine that will soon return!

The staff is dedicated to returning our hotel services to normal operation as soon as possible. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we’re working with limited staffing due to personnel transportation challenges from the storm.

Already, we have restored the following services to our resorts in Punta Cana:

⦁ Lunch and snacks are available in the main buffets, including the Marketplace at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana and Supreme at Majestic Colonial Punta Cana

⦁ Dinner will also be available in the main buffets, including the Marketplace at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana and Supreme at Majestic Colonial Punta Cana, during normal hours of operation

⦁ The sports bars are open for bar service only

⦁ Café Español is available at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana for beverages and snacks

Please note, that for our guest’s safety, the beach and pool areas will remain closed until further notice. Additionally, guests should avoid any debris on the grounds which are blocked off by our staff.
