Hey everyone! I've got some exciting news to share with you today. We're introducing a new menu item at Makaya's food truck, and trust me, it's one you won't want to miss!Introducing the Raclette Cheese Burger! This baby is filled to the brim with flavors that will have you questioning your favorite burger. Let me take you on a journey through the layers of this incredible dish. We start with an all beef patty, perfectly cooked, and then we add caramelized onions for that sweet hit. Next up is the raclette cheese, a Swiss delicacy that melts beautifully and adds a rich depth of flavor. We layer arugula for a fresh crunch, pickliz for that extra kick, and top it all off with my signature sauce - which is pretty special if I do say so myself.I can assure you that this burger is one of the best items on our menu, and I hope you get the chance to try it out for yourself. We serve up these delicious treats every Saturday at the Downtown farmers market.
