How it works

Our prep meals are made in small portions of 200-300 calories per meal to promote a natural higher rate of metabolism so you have continued energy throughout your day without any stimulants

What we do

We only use the highest quality lean proteins, whole grains and the freshest farm to table fruits & vegetables
we ABSOLUTLEY do not use bleached or enriched grains, butter, whole eggs

, milk, nuts of any kind, trans fats, partialy hydrogenated oils, refined sugars, modified starches or corn syrup

Our guarantee

We do not use high levels of sodium, sugars, saturated fats or preservatives so our fresh made meals are only guaranteed for 7 days of freshness (if you do not plan to consum your food within the fresh period or do not refridgerate as soon as you receieve your delivery we recomend you freeze 2-3 days worth of your meals)
