Hello everyone
It's been awhile since our last post. The little thing called life has kept us super busy. Still working on the food truck, ended up having a roof leak which caused interior damage this spring. We will still be doing some events this summer with our tent until we complete the food truck. Thank you for your continued support, and can't forget those who have chosen us for their special occasions and caterings.

Getting excited. Saturday we will be at Hubbard Hoot Owl Days serving up some Q. Make sure to come see us 8/26/23 in Hubbard NE for your BBQ fix.
Menu consists of brisket, pulled pork, cheesy potatoes, potato salad, jalapeño apple coleslaw, baked beans and new this year Supa Dog.
Ps. We will have some jars of sweet n spicy Supa pickles available for sale.

Super Bowl is right around the corner. We will be taking orders for February 12th. Our menu will consist of:

Smoked Brisket - $20 per pound (3-4 Servings)

Smoked Pork Butt - $14 per pound (3-4 Servings)

Supa BBQ Sauce and Supa Sweet and Spicy pickles will be included.

Buns - $5 (12pk buns)
Extra Pickles - $8 16 oz Jar

Deviled Egg Potato Salad
Jalapeno Apple Coleslaw

Sides will be sold in bulk:
16 oz - $7 (3-4 Servings)
32 oz - $12 (5-8 Servings)

Thanksgiving is coming soon and with that being said we will be taking orders for Supa Sweet Smoked Turkeys. The turkeys will run $55.00 whole or $60.00 tore down. They will weight approximately 12-13lbs cooked. Each turkey comes with our sweet sauce either injected in or on the side. Please message, text, or email to reserve yours today.

This Friday, Oct 7th we will be helping provide food for WITTSTOCK 2022. This event is held free at Western Iowa Tech Community College starting at 6pm . Free entertainment and free FOOD. Don't forget a coat it's gonna be chilly but some Supa Smoked Brisket will help keep you warm.

Happy to announce our next event will be September 23rd from 7pm-9pm at Summit at Sunnybrook Village Apartments. They will be having an event for their tenants, and we look forward to providing them with some great smoked foods. Please stay tuned for the menu for this event which I will get out in the next couple day.
