In my opinion one of the most important. Our connection really matters. I spend so much time getting to know you to make your experience personal, easy going, and fun. I will spend more time with you then any other vendor since my commitment to you doesn’t end on wedding night. When you choose your photographer you should love the work they create, and the person they are. I’m an Instagram loving,

adventure seeking, backstreet boy fanatic. I know that what separates me from other wedding photographers is the real-ness I bring to the table. Our relationship goes far beyond emailing timelines, and talking about money. From the start I will be honest , excited, and engaged in the planning process with you. My favorite parts about shooting weddings aren’t picture perfect. You’ll cherish the pretty portraits soon to fill the walls in your home, but your favorite images will be the all of the reasons I shoot weddings. Weddings allow me to feel everything, to be vulnerable and emotional in my work and I can translate it through my images. Through our journey together we will learn so much about each other. I can honestly say I invest everything I have in a wedding day and the outcome is always rewarding.

there are SO many photos from Kafferti and Adams wedding I am queuing up to share. This wedding originally set to take place at The Don Cesar relocated to Key West with the majority of their original vendors in tact. I have said this a million times at this point but I am in constant awe of the production team on wedding days, it truly is an art.

Gosh it’s been so long since I posted my face around here 🤪😂 so grateful for a very BUSY November, and excited for a much calmer December and few months to follow. The studio space was the most spontaneous on a whim decision that really pulled through- so excited to see where that goes in the future. I am still traveling and doing my thing here and there and anywhere in between, though so much farther in between these days. I am still shooting weddings, but also families, and conferences now too! My brain is always going and I’m constantly thinking of what else I can push my business too. But, Hazel is getting SO big, I can’t even believe I have a 9 year old BABY - they’re not lying when they say time is a thief. She is so smart and so quick, I am so proud everyday of the little person she is. My spare time is spent these days in the garden, or I’m working out in some form. The last few years have been transformative for me, taking care of my body, and mind sometimes the next BIG thing is just the small things. Like being home, not being too busy, enjoying my friends and family,a good meal and lots of laughs ❤️

what a rough few weeks you guys, we are getting through it though, and I love seeing the resiliency of my city. We just had our power restored last night, and I am eager to get back to some routines. in March 2025 I’ll have been a full time wedding photographer for 8 years! 🤯 some things I’ve learned along the way, that stand true every time;
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- hire a planner! It will immediately take a load off your shoulders, and your wedding day will run soo much smoother. *the venue coordinator you get for your venue is helpful but is not the same*
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- do the first look! 👀 Spend your wedding day together, not trying to avoid each other until 5pm. Or don’t, but make sure your planner gives you a bangin’ timeline- it’s not a good time for anyone to be rushing at the tail end of the day to get all the shots. Pulling you away from each other, and the party 🎉

Amanda and Josh in this post, had a first look, and we had so much time before the ceremony! We went and got cocktail with the family and wedding party and captured all these candids and more 🥹

-do what you want! Covid really was a pivotal time for weddings because it gave couples permission to get married on their terms, and I see couples still doing this today. Elope, have a small wedding, have a wedding dinner party, or have a huge wedding. With so many societal pressures and checklists- do what you want, anything you do can still be cool! 😎
