So all the Jammeys are cut.
I separate into black thread and white thread.
9 black thread pair 🧵
14 white thread pair 🧵
It’s all production line.
I can cut two pair, so I do similar sizes together.
And yes, all cut with scissors, no rotary cutting. ✂️
Then I sew them all in steps 🪡
Front and back seam then pockets then side seams
Serge all those seams (finished edge)
Iron bottom and top edges
Sew inseam and serge
Sew hem and waist
Insert elastic and close waist
Add Tammey’s Jammeys Tag and heart patch 🩷💜💚🖤🩵💛
Most years I have some elf assistance - choosing and procuring the fabric
And sewing.
