What do all these pictures have in common?

PLANTS!

Live plants offer so many things that cut flowers just sometimes can’t — structural support (heavy pots of dirt), coverage, elevation, unique textures and so much more. They really fill out the “growing out of the ground” vibe so many of our couples aim for

2024 was the year of experimenting with plants, I’m excited to see how we use them this year!

We are still soaking in all the New Year excitement 🌸

Our team spent two days planning and reflecting on where we want T&M to go this year. We reset our vision, made big plans and spent time together. All said, 2025 for T&M means better flowers, more events, lots of fun products and of course, killer weddings. As always, everything is full of intention and joy

Can’t wait to see what we accomplish this year, and before you know it we will be celebrating our 3rd birthday!

2024….

What a YEAR for T&M!

+ Setup our new location and moved in 2 days (look at this baby shop, can you remember when we were the only ones at The Broads???)

+ Brought on my first full time team member (❤️ Paige) and hired two new amazing ladies who make everything happen for events (Stephanie & Amanda)

+ Pulled off our biggest Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day yet!

+ Pulled off our biggest wedding season ever. It was one of the hardest things we’ve ever done but I’m so proud of how all our weddings went!

+ Launched Subscriptions & Subscription bundles

+ Hosted lots of workshops and events

+ Bought our first car, Petunia!

+ Got to celebrate each of our neighbors opening, this was so so special ( I am so grateful for you!)

+ Added SO MANY new customers to our T&M family. We are lucky to have you walk through our doors and fall in love with our shop as much as we did ❤️

+ Lots of personal hardships and celebrations on our team. A wedding AND a baby on our team in one year!

I have learned so much this year as a business owner. I found my passion for sharing my journey with others and the joy that comes with connecting with other entrepreneurs. There is still so much to learn when it comes to owning a business and I cannot wait to dive right in to make T&M the best it can be

We have experienced such an insane year of growth this year. This team has accomplished so many impressive things, both professionally and personally. Through both the good and the bad, our team has supported each other in such a beautiful way. I will forever be thankful for this group of compassionate, caring, funny, and hardworking women (and Cam). I have cried many tears of pure gratitude for these humans this year, you make my life so beautiful.
