Nina's Desi Kitchen is the implementation of an idea, a dream rather, that we've had for a while now. Let me define "We" first. We are a team of Husband and Wife. In addition to the life we share as a family with our kids, we now share just about everything there is at the restaurant as well.

We are food enthusiasts and aficionados. We have spent the last 10 years or so perfecting recipes to the best of our liking, and letting friends and family provide us input as we cooked for them over the years. Now, we have decided to let the world join in on the fun!
