Love this view of our shop in snow, but it means we won’t be open today. Storm Kenan is making its way through our area and it looks like it’s snowing more heavily for the next several hours. We hope you stay safe in this wintry weather. We will back to our regular schedule this coming week.
The snow sure is pretty, but it means we won’t be open on our regular schedule today. Snowed in still at home and waiting to check on the shop. Stay safe everyone! Hope to see you tomorrow!
Happy New Year! Wishing you many blessings in 2021! When 2020 began the idea of having a 2020 year with perfect 20-20 focus seemed like a good notion....looking to the future optimistically focused on a vision of some personal goals and where my business could go in the future. Well this past year has, in an unexpected way, indeed made things clearer:
what’s really important, how precious are our family and friends, what works and what does not in so many unexpected situations, how important the people we work with are, being grateful for what we have, and how creative, resilient and optimistic this year leaves me. There were challenges and setbacks, but also many opportunities and blessings for which I am so very grateful. So whatever 2021 brings, 2020 has prepared me in ways I could not have foreseen. Still very glad to turn the calendar page, but with new focus and optimism. It’s 2021!
When there are beautiful local flowers available, you plan a styled photo shoot at home so you can share them with everyone. For me, it's an investment in marketing my vintage tableware rentals and flower shoppe. It's also an opportunity to stay creative in crazy times. More later on how we used these flowers to set some scenes.
