While serving at .texas filming launch party, I met this gentlemen who asked me for my last two tacos… I said sure! Just bring the platter back to that building.
Well he’s quick to learn! Make good friends with the chef and baker and you get to eat all night!! First dibs!

I was recently asked to teach a 8th grader how to cook. She has a huge passion for cooking, so I said heck yes!!
She wanted to do Thai cuisine so here is the menu we made!! Sidney did absolutely amazing! Family and friends got to enjoy our delicious creations!!

Crying tiger beef skewers with spicy dipping sauce, Thai summer rolls

My corn Elote dip made with organic corn, scallions, cojita cheese, jalapeños, I put radish slices on the sides for some extra crunch served with a Nathan’s all natural 100% beef hot dog with Brioche bun
What I Call the “don’t knock it until you try it”
Nathan’s 100% beef natural hot dog,
Restaurant size, served with brioche bun, bbq sauce, fresh pineapple, basil and red onions… YUM!!!
