I had one of those conversations no ever likes to hear:

☎️Phone rings...
Me: "This is Jessica, how can I help you?"
Mom: "Hi, I called earlier and had bad service."
Me:😱😰🤔 "Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear that, what was the problem?" 😬

I'm relieved to say we could blame that one on the phones.😅 The mom couldn't hear the Team Member due to poor phone service, but she called back to plan her little one's birthday party 🎂

And so, our 5 bubble 🫧 rating stands firm!

🎁All month long: Receive a free gift and a stamp on the card when you enroll in a membership with us!

👶4th: Baby Classes begin at 12:15pm (there's an Art Class for older siblings at the same time!)

🚶‍♀️5th: The Mom Walk Collective - Irving will have a playdate with us at 9am if you'd like to make some more new friends

💻15th: Last day to vote us for Best Mommy & Me Class at Magazine

🎄21st-27th: Closed for deep cleaning and Christmas

🛝28th & 30th: Open Gym ONLY from 10am-2pm

🍾31st: Closed for New Year's Eve; Last day to earn and submit Keller Chamber Holiday Passport Cards.
