You know we’re all about anything bee or honey related so this is right up our alley!

Y’all! I have a new favorite energy booster!!!

Honey + cinnamon in warm water. First thing in the morning or during an afternoon dip.

My doctor has helped so many cut coffee- finding this gives more energy! I had to share! I’ve been drinking it to help restore gut lining, and have found that if I get bloated, this little cocktail clears it right up. (I eat a very clean diet, so I can’t vouch that this would work for a backed up system without doing other work. But this aids in digestion and reducing inflammation.)

Did you know honey:

🐝 Contains live enzymes?
🐝 When in contact with a metal spoon, these enzymes die? (Use a wooden spoon.)
🐝 Contains a substance that helps the brain work better?
🐝 Is one of the few foods on earth that alone can sustain human life?
🐝 A spoonful is enough to keep a person alive for 24 hours?
🐝Is one of the most powerful natural antibiotics?
🐝 Has no expiry date because it’s already been digested?
(My understanding is that it also does not cause sugar spikes, but please confirm how your own unique body processes food with your practitioner.)

And fun little fact for us Wedding Pros:
🐝"Honeymoon" comes from the fact that the bride and groom would consume honey for fertility after their marriage?
