Taylor and Lauren were married at a beautiful and fun wedding at the Virgil on April 9. We had a huge group of family and friends in attendance as they came down from Washington for the event. Had a lot of fun telling their story which involved an accidental meeting on social media which should never have happened, rings almost lost forever in the Truckee River, and Legos. The second picture is what happens when you hand your camera to your professional photographer!

Joe and Melanie met at a bar in Seattle called the Copper Cart 13 years ago. He saw a lovely woman hanging out with her friends and wanted to meet her. They chatted it up a bit until some random guy interrupted their conversation so they exchanged phone numbers and went separate ways. Later that night she thought she was texting a friend and telling them how to sneak into her house through a window to sleep on the couch. Unfortunately, she was texting Joe! To this day, they have a great laugh over that story. Their first dates…
well they were not that fun as they were mostly Joe watching Melanie study! But that just proves how great their love is. They had an amazing ceremony with a huge group of family and friends at Everline in Olympic Valley at Tahoe. The weather was absolutely gorgeous with the backdrop of snow. They both love to snowboard so a lot of their friends were there for the entire weekend to enjoy the outdoor activities as well.

McKenzie and Brandon have known each other since high school. It started in English class where they were making faces at each other and a friendship bloomed. After a year of friendship, they went on their first official date at Chipotle and the rest is history. Eight years later they decided to get married on Thursday at The Chateau in Incline Village. We had gorgeous sunny weather and a beautiful group of people that showed up to enjoy it with them.

Aaron and Hillary wanted a simple ceremony with their closest family members in attendance and that’s what I made happen on Saturday. I recommended some locations and they chose Caughlin Ranch neighborhood park which is a hidden gym in Reno. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t very warm, but that didn’t stop us from having a great time. I just loved her black dress. It was so stunning.

Are you getting married? Do you know someone who is?

Well, I invite you to attend the March to the Aisle expo this Sunday at the Atlantis in Reno from 12 to 3.

Tickets are $10 at the door.

There will be a ton of amazing vendors there from every single type of industry you can think of. You get a goodie bag, you can walk the aisles, there will be fun things to do, and you can meet everyone without any hard-core selling!

Many vendors will have drawings of for free prizes too, including myself.

I’ll be there along with a lot of my friends and I hope to see you there.

Have you ever checked out their special events on their website? You should. They do several of these a year and they’re all themed events.

Some wine,some whiskey, all are fun. You get a curated menu that goes with special drinks And you learn about the beverage that goes along with each course. It is so much fun.

With a beautiful name like Jamayla, Brooks said he just had to swipe right, and they’ve been together ever since. We had a beautiful wedding for them yesterday at Skylandia Park at Lake Tahoe. They had a huge group of family and friends in attendance and luckily we had beautiful weather too.
